Vendors Provide: Signage, Backdrop, Banners and other Decor Goodies, Business Cards, Brochures, Extension Cords (Electrical), etc.
Food Vendors: MUST Display Current Health Permit
(To obtain a temporary health permit please contact the City of DeSoto Health Department at 972.230.9606. A $25 fee applies.)
Prepare Sample Sizes for 250-300 Attendees

No Cooking On-Site (Limited Kitchen Access)
Event Date/Time : Wednesday, September 19th, 2018 – 4:00PM - 8:00PM
Event Location: DeSoto Civic Center, 211 E. Pleasant Run, DeSoto, TX 75115
Set-up: All set-up begins at 10:00AM
Displays/Booths must be set up NO LATER THAN 3:00PM
Booths should be manned at all times. We request that vendors do not leave their tables unattended. Volunteers may be available for short relief breaks.
Parking: Parking garage and outdoor parking available. Loading/unloading may occur closest to the entrance, limited to 15 minutes.
